下载、安装或使用 My Family，即表示您同意适用于本应用的 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（Standard Apple EULA）、本使用条款以及 My Family 隐私政策。如本使用条款与不可排除的适用法律或 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议发生冲突，应以适用法律及相应许可条款为准。如果您不同意，请停止使用本应用。
By downloading, installing, or using My Family, you agree to the Standard Apple End User License Agreement (Standard Apple EULA) applicable to the app, these Terms of Use, and the My Family Privacy Policy. If these Terms conflict with non-excludable applicable law or the applicable Standard Apple EULA, the applicable law and license terms control. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

Description of the Service
My Family 用于创建、整理和保存家庭记忆。应用可提供家庭成员资料和关系、文字记忆、照片和视频附件、原始录音、对话和引导式访谈、时间线、故事、家庭档案、记忆册 PDF，以及在支持设备上的可选 AI 辅助功能和经明确授权的本地个性化 AI 语音。当前 1.0 版本不提供已启用的 CloudKit 家庭共享或家庭成员之间的云端协作功能。
My Family is designed to create, organize, and preserve family memories. The app may provide family-member profiles and relationships, written memories, photo and video attachments, original recordings, conversations and guided interviews, timelines, stories, Family Archives, Memory Book PDFs, optional AI-assisted functionality on supported devices, and explicitly authorized local personalized AI voice. The current version 1.0 does not provide enabled CloudKit family sharing or cloud collaboration between family members.

Users should store, record, process, export, or share only content they have the right to use. Family memories may contain another person’s name, photo, voice, video, likeness, story, or other personal information. Users are responsible for having any rights, permission, consent, guardian authorization, or other lawful basis required by applicable law. My Family’s technical functionality does not automatically grant users rights in another person’s content.

Original Recordings and Personalized Voice

Users should replicate only their own voice, or use another person’s Voice Reference only with that person’s clear authorization or another lawful basis. Personalized AI voice requires explicit authorization within the app; a Voice Reference or original recording does not by itself constitute that authorization. Personalized voice must not be used for fraud, inducing payments, fabricating authorization or evidence, impersonation, harassment, defamation, or other deceptive, harmful, or unlawful conduct. Appropriate guardian authorization or another lawful basis is required where a minor’s voice is involved.

My Family 的部分可选功能可能使用设备端 AI、Apple Foundation Models 或其他 Apple 系统智能能力来辅助理解请求、整理记忆、生成摘要、对话回复或故事草稿。AI 输出属于自动生成或辅助生成内容，可能存在错误、遗漏、混淆人物、错误日期或生成并不存在的事实。AI 输出不代表任何家庭成员当前的真实意见、意图、情绪或行为，也不应被理解为与已故人物进行真实沟通。用户应核实重要家庭信息。
Some optional My Family features may use on-device AI, Apple Foundation Models, or other Apple system intelligence capabilities to help understand requests, organize memories, generate summaries, conversation responses, or story drafts. AI output is automatically generated or AI-assisted content and may contain errors, omissions, person mix-ups, incorrect dates, or facts that did not occur. AI output does not represent a family member’s current real opinions, intentions, emotions, or actions and should not be understood as actual communication with a deceased person. Users should verify important family information.

Local Data and Cloud Features in the Current Release
当前 My Family 1.0 的私人家庭内容默认保存在用户设备本地。家庭共享在本版本中处于关闭状态，应用不会通过该功能自动上传现有家庭内容，也不会在更新后自动创建家庭共享空间。未来版本可能增加可选的 iCloud/CloudKit 家庭共享或其他同步能力；如启用此类功能，将按照届时的产品说明和隐私政策处理。”,

Family Archives, PDFs, and User Export
用户可以主动创建和导出 .myfamilyarchive 家庭档案或记忆册 PDF，并通过 iOS 系统界面保存或分享。用户应自行选择适当的保存位置和接收方。文件导出到应用之外后，其保存、复制、备份、传输和删除由用户以及所选系统位置或服务控制。用户应妥善保护包含私人家庭信息的导出文件。
Users may intentionally create and export a .myfamilyarchive Family Archive or Memory Book PDF and save or share it through iOS system interfaces. Users are responsible for selecting an appropriate destination and recipient. After a file is exported outside the app, its storage, copying, backup, transmission, and deletion are controlled by the user and the selected system destination or service. Users should protect exported files that contain private family information.

Backups and Data Loss
设备损坏、应用删除、系统重置、存储空间不足、文件损坏或用户删除操作可能造成数据丢失。对于具有重要情感、历史或家庭价值的内容，用户应保留适当的独立备份，例如原始媒体文件或导出的家庭档案。My Family 不应被视为重要家庭资料唯一且绝对可靠的永久存储位置。
Device failure, app removal, system reset, insufficient storage, file corruption, or user deletion may result in data loss. Users should maintain appropriate independent backups for content with significant emotional, historical, or family value, such as original media files or an exported Family Archive. My Family should not be treated as the sole and infallible permanent storage location for important family material.

不得使用 My Family 从事诈骗、身份冒充、社会工程攻击、伪造证据、未经授权的声音复制、骚扰、威胁、诽谤、勒索、侵犯隐私、侵犯知识产权、剥削或伤害未成年人或其他违法活动。不得故意将 AI 生成的语音、文字或其他内容虚假描述为真实人物实际制作、授权或表达的内容。
My Family must not be used for fraud, impersonation, social engineering, fabrication of evidence, unauthorized voice replication, harassment, threats, defamation, extortion, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, exploitation or harm of minors, or other unlawful activity. Users must not intentionally misrepresent AI-generated voice, text, or other content as content actually created, authorized, or expressed by a real person.

Minors
当家庭记忆、照片、视频、声音或其他内容涉及未成年人时，用户有责任确保具有适当的父母或监护人权限、授权或其他合法依据，并遵守适用的儿童隐私与安全要求。不得使用本应用欺骗、冒充、骚扰、剥削或伤害未成年人。
When family memories, photos, videos, voices, or other content involve minors, users are responsible for having appropriate parental or guardian authority, permission, or another lawful basis and for complying with applicable child-privacy and safety requirements. The app must not be used to deceive, impersonate, harass, exploit, or harm minors.
知识产权
Intellectual Property
用户保留其合法拥有的用户内容的相关权利。My Family 的名称、品牌、界面、设计、软件代码及开发者拥有的其他原创应用材料受适用知识产权法律保护。除适用法律或相应软件许可明确允许外，不得未经授权复制、出售、重新发布、反编译、反向工程或制作未经授权的衍生版本。
Users retain applicable rights in user content they lawfully own. The My Family name, branding, interface, designs, software code, and other original app materials owned by the developer are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or the relevant software license, unauthorized copying, sale, republication, decompilation, reverse engineering, or creation of unauthorized derivative versions is prohibited.
功能可用性与变化
Feature Availability and Changes
部分功能取决于设备型号、iOS 版本、地区、语言、可用存储空间、Apple 系统能力以及用户是否安装可选的本地声音模型。我们可能因安全、隐私、兼容性、产品改进、Apple 平台变化或法律要求修改、替换或停止部分功能。当前未启用的未来功能不构成对其发布日期或持续提供的承诺。
Some features depend on device model, iOS version, region, language, available storage, Apple system capabilities, and whether the user installs the optional local Voice Model. We may modify, replace, or discontinue features for security, privacy, compatibility, product improvement, Apple platform changes, or legal requirements. References to possible future functionality do not constitute a commitment to a release date or continued availability.
责任限制与消费者权利
Limitation of Liability and Consumer Rights
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对超出法律规定范围的间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任，包括因 AI 输出错误、未经授权使用他人内容、设备故障、存储故障或用户对导出文件处理不当而产生的损失。本条款不排除、限制或修改适用法律下不得排除、限制或修改的消费者权利、保证、救济或责任，包括适用的澳大利亚消费者法权利。
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable beyond what the law requires for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including losses arising from AI-output errors, unauthorized use of another person’s content, device failure, storage failure, or a user’s handling of exported files. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer rights, guarantees, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Apple 标准最终用户许可协议
Apple Standard End User License Agreement
通过 Apple App Store 获得 My Family 时，本应用同时受适用的 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议约束。除非 App Store Connect 中另行提供有效的自定义最终用户许可协议，否则以 Apple 提供的标准最终用户许可协议作为应用许可协议。本使用条款用于补充说明 My Family 的功能、用户内容、AI、语音、档案及可接受使用规则，不意图减少用户依法享有的不可排除权利。
When My Family is obtained through the Apple App Store, the app is also subject to the applicable Apple Standard End User License Agreement. Unless a valid custom end-user license agreement is separately provided through App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard EULA serves as the app license agreement. These Terms supplement that license by describing My Family functionality, user content, AI, voice, archive, and acceptable-use rules and are not intended to reduce any non-excludable rights available to users under applicable law.
