概述
Overview
My Family 是一款用于创建、整理和保存家庭记忆的应用。用户可以建立家庭成员资料和关系，保存文字记忆、照片、视频和原始录音，进行对话和引导式访谈，创建故事，并导出家庭档案或记忆册 PDF。部分支持的设备上还可使用 Apple 的设备端智能能力以及用户明确授权的本地个性化 AI 语音功能。当前 1.0 版本默认将私人家庭内容保存在用户设备本地；本版本不提供已启用的 CloudKit 家庭共享或家庭成员之间的云端协作功能。
My Family is an app for creating, organizing, and preserving family memories. Users can create family-member profiles and relationships, save written memories, photos, videos, and original recordings, use conversations and guided interviews, create stories, and export a Family Archive or Memory Book PDF. On supported devices, the app may also use Apple on-device intelligence capabilities and an optional locally generated personalized AI voice feature that requires explicit user authorization. In version 1.0, private family content is stored locally on the user’s device by default. This release does not provide enabled CloudKit family sharing or cloud collaboration between family members.

Depending on the features the user chooses to use, My Family may process family-member names or profile information entered by the user, family relationships, memory text, stories, conversation content, photos, videos, original recordings, voice references, and AI-generated audio. This content is used to provide the family-memory, retrieval, story, media, conversation, and optional voice features requested by the user. My Family does not sell this private family content for advertising profiles.

Photos, Videos, and Media
My Family 仅在用户主动选择媒体或授予相应系统权限后访问相关照片、视频或其他媒体。所选媒体可作为家庭记忆或故事的附件保存。若媒体包含其他人员，用户应确保拥有保存、使用、导出或分享该内容所需的权利、许可或适当同意。
My Family accesses photos, videos, or other media only when the user actively selects them or grants the relevant system permission. Selected media may be stored as attachments to family memories or stories. If media contains another person, the user is responsible for having the rights, permission, or appropriate consent required to store, use, export, or share that content.
原始录音
Original Recordings
用户可以主动录制或保存与家庭记忆有关的原始录音。原始录音会与 AI 生成语音区分标注。使用麦克风或语音识别功能时，My Family 会请求相应的系统权限。用户可以在 iOS 设置中管理或撤销这些权限。
Users may intentionally record or save original recordings associated with family memories. Original recordings are identified separately from AI-generated audio. When microphone or speech-recognition functionality is used, My Family requests the relevant system permissions. Users can manage or revoke these permissions in iOS Settings.
声音参考与个性化 AI 语音
Voice References and Personalized AI Voice
个性化 AI 语音是可选功能。只有在用户主动提供声音参考、明确授予将该声音用于个性化 AI 语音的授权，并安装所需的本地声音模型后，My Family 才会生成个性化语音。模型安装完成后，个性化语音推理在设备本地进行；对话文本、声音参考和生成音频不会为了该本地推理上传到开发者自有服务器。AI 生成语音会与原始录音分开标注。用户可以撤回个性化语音授权；撤回后，应用会按照当前授权状态阻止使用先前生成的个性化语音。声音参考或共享的原始录音本身不等同于个性化语音授权。
Personalized AI voice is optional. My Family generates personalized voice only after the user intentionally provides a Voice Reference, explicitly authorizes its use for personalized AI voice, and installs the required local Voice Model. After installation, personalized-voice inference runs on the device; conversation text, Voice References, and generated audio are not uploaded to developer-operated servers for that local inference. AI-generated audio is labeled separately from original recordings. Users can revoke personalized-voice authorization, after which the app blocks use of previously generated personalized voice according to the current authorization state. A Voice Reference or an original recording by itself does not constitute authorization for personalized voice generation.

On supported devices, regions, languages, and operating-system versions, My Family may use Apple-provided on-device intelligence or system capabilities such as Foundation Models to help understand requests, organize memory content selected by the user, generate summaries or related text, assist conversations, or draft stories. Availability and processing depend on Apple’s system capabilities and user settings. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain information that did not occur. Important family facts should be verified by the user, and AI output should not be treated as medical, legal, financial, mental-health, safety, or other professional advice.

My Family can store family memories confirmed by the user and use them to provide retrieval, timelines, person spaces, stories, and other supporting presentations. AI drafts, summaries, retrieval results, or other derived content should not automatically be treated as new family facts. Users should review important content before saving or relying on it.

当前 My Family 1.0 的私人家庭内容默认保存在用户设备本地。本版本的家庭共享功能处于关闭状态，应用不会通过该功能自动把现有家庭记忆上传到 CloudKit，也不会在更新后自动创建家庭共享空间。开发者不运营用于存储用户家庭记忆、照片、原始录音、声音参考、故事或私人对话的独立云端数据库。若未来版本启用可选的 iCloud/CloudKit 家庭共享或其他会改变数据传输方式的功能，我们会在相关功能发布时更新隐私说明，并在适用情况下提供用户选择或取得所需授权。
Private family content in the current My Family 1.0 release is stored locally on the user’s device by default. Family Sharing is disabled in this release, so the app does not automatically upload existing family memories to CloudKit through that feature or automatically create a family-sharing space after an update. The developer does not operate a separate cloud database for storing users’ family memories, photos, original recordings, Voice References, stories, or private conversations. If a future release enables optional iCloud/CloudKit family sharing or another feature that changes how data is transmitted, this Privacy Policy will be updated when that functionality is released, and user choice or authorization will be provided where required.

Family Archive and PDF Export
用户可以主动导出 .myfamilyarchive 家庭档案或记忆册 PDF，并通过 iOS 提供的文件、分享或其他系统界面保存或发送这些文件。导出操作由用户主动发起。文件一旦被导出到 My Family 之外，其后续存储、复制、备份、发送或删除由用户选择的系统位置或服务以及用户本人控制。删除应用内数据不会自动删除用户已经导出的外部文件。
Users may intentionally export a .myfamilyarchive Family Archive or Memory Book PDF and save or send those files using Files, sharing, or other system interfaces provided by iOS. Export is initiated by the user. Once a file is exported outside My Family, its subsequent storage, copying, backup, transmission, or deletion is controlled by the destination or service selected by the user and by the user. Deleting in-app data does not automatically delete files that the user has already exported outside the app.

Depending on the features the user chooses to use, My Family may request Photos, Microphone, Speech Recognition, or other necessary system permissions. Permissions are used for the relevant functionality and are requested when needed. Users can manage or revoke permissions through iOS Settings; features that depend on a revoked permission may no longer be available.
数据分享与出售
Data Sharing and Sale
我们不会出售用户的家庭记忆、照片、视频、声音、人物资料、家庭关系、故事或私人对话，也不会将这些内容用于第三方广告画像。除用户主动使用系统导出或分享功能、Apple 系统为用户请求的功能提供必要处理，或法律明确要求的情形外，开发者不会主动向第三方提供这些私人家庭内容。
We do not sell users’ family memories, photos, videos, voices, profile information, family relationships, stories, or private conversations, and we do not use this content for third-party advertising profiles. Except when the user intentionally uses system export or sharing functionality, when Apple system capabilities perform processing required for a feature requested by the user, or when disclosure is required by law, the developer does not actively provide this private family content to third parties.

Deletion, Backups, and Security
在应用提供相应控制的范围内，用户可以删除家庭成员、记忆、故事、媒体、生成语音缓存、声音模型或其他支持删除的内容。删除家庭成员或其他内容时，应用会按照其数据关系和媒体所有权规则处理相关数据。用户主动导出的 .myfamilyarchive 或 PDF 文件不会因应用内删除而自动从 Files 或其他外部位置删除。设备损坏、应用删除、系统重置或存储故障仍可能导致本地数据丢失，因此重要家庭内容应保留适当的独立备份。My Family 使用适用的 Apple 平台安全和文件保护机制，但任何设备或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。
Where the app provides the relevant controls, users can delete family members, memories, stories, media, generated-voice cache, the Voice Model, or other supported content. When a family member or other content is deleted, the app handles related data according to its data relationships and media-ownership rules. User-exported .myfamilyarchive or PDF files are not automatically removed from Files or other external locations when in-app data is deleted. Device failure, app removal, system reset, or storage failure may still cause loss of local data, so important family content should have an appropriate independent backup. My Family uses applicable Apple platform security and file-protection mechanisms, but no device or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

家庭记忆可能涉及其他家庭成员，包括未成年人。用户在保存、录制、处理、导出或分享他人的照片、声音、视频或其他个人内容前，应确保具有适用法律要求的权利、许可、监护人授权或其他合法依据。不得使用个性化语音或其他功能冒充、欺骗、骚扰、剥削或伤害他人。
Family memories may concern other family members, including minors. Before storing, recording, processing, exporting, or sharing another person’s photos, voice, video, or other personal content, users are responsible for having any rights, permission, guardian authorization, or other lawful basis required by applicable law. Personalized voice or other features must not be used to impersonate, deceive, harass, exploit, or harm another person.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in app features, Apple platform capabilities, technical implementation, or applicable law.
